Deposits
| In order to hold reservations, a
25% deposit must accompany your reservation. The deposit will be
applied as payment for the last part of the reservation. Deposits are
not refundable, but may be transferred with our approval.
Because of our limited number of
accommodations and the short season, it is not always possible to fill
space once it has been cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, if a
space is filled, the deposit is, of course, refunded.

Gratuities - traditionally our guest
add a 15% upon check-out. Special trips, special guide service are extra.
