This house, an old bunkhouse from the Drum Ranch, has been remodeled several times through the years.  It has a living room with a fireplace, kitchen and screened-in porches for each of the 5-6 bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs.  The outbuildings are also usable.  The view of the valley and little tree-lined creek are quite picturesque.  Many stories are told of the history of this Bunk House. One is of the Cowboy dances held here in the early part of the 1900s.
